Yoga with Adriene
This a YouTube channel with over 100 different video yoga classes. While there are a number of workout YouTube channels, I find this one to be perfect for a quick way to get the blood flowing or to get a sweat going. Also Adriene has a number of monthly challenges that one could follow each day if that is more your style.

My favorite part is that she has a focus for each video from arms to calming the mind. This makes finding the perfect video for my needs super easy.
Facebook Live Classes
Gyms around country have been forced to close under the pandemic. However, that doesn’t have to stop you from using them as an at-home workout source. Many have gone to using Facebook and Instagram to live stream workout classes.
Fitness Connection, Anytime Fitness, and Planet Fitness are just a couple. I’m a fan of the dancing classes, but there are sessions ranging from PT to Senior classes. Plenty of great moves for the whole family to get involved. Oh and pro tip; Facebook can cast to a TV so you’re not just limited to your phone.
Create Your Own Movie/TV Show Challenge
If you frequent Pinterest like myself, you have no doubt seen the workout challenges have made for their favorite movies or TV shows. If not, it’s real simple. Here is an example set up for Supernatural.

Pick a TV show or movie you would like to workout to. Then use common events, quotes, or quirks to assign a certain move to. Remember this is completely up to you. Make it as intense as you can in order to get the best possible results.
